Steps:
1. Choose your date & location (in studio or off site)
2. Complete the Fundraiser Agreement.
3. Choose the painting from our gallery.
4. Promote your fundraiser.
a. Send an email blast to your mailing list.
b. Post it on your organization’s Facebook page and Twitter account.
c. Tell all your friends and share on your own Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
5. Attendees register and pay for their seat on the PWF website.

How far in advance do we need to schedule?
One month – time enough to effectively promote the event.
Do we get to choose the artwork?
Yes, choose from the large selection in our gallery.
Custom art is available to fit the theme of your fundraiser.
Kids art is also available.
How do we get the funds from the fundraiser?
PWF will write you a check within 7 business days after the class. We ask that you provide us with the legal organization name, address, and tax deductible receipt.

May we bring food and drinks?
Yes. An area is provided for your refreshments.
What does Painting with Friends provide?
For in-studio fundraisers, we will provide the seating, instructor, paint, brushes, canvas, easel and apron.
For off-site fundraisers, we provide everything EXCEPT the table and chairs.
In-studio. we will also provide an area for your drinks and refreshments.
We do not provide cups, plates, forks, napkins, drinks, or any other party amenity.
Is a deposit required?
No, we try to make this as easy as possible for your organization.
What does it cost?
In Studio Fundraisers (214 Howard Street, Greenwood, MS)
16 X 20 canvas
$50/person for 2 hour class (your organization will get $15/person).
Terms are negotiable.
Access to the studio 30 minutes before class and 15 minutes after class.
Must have minimum of 20 attendees.
Off Site – Fundraising Classes (Your Location)

Terms are negotiable.
We bring everything art related – canvas, paint, brushes, easels, aprons, and supplies.
You provide the tables and chairs.
PWF will come to your site within 15 miles of Greenwood, MS for -0- travel fee.
16-25 miles out of range will require a $25 travel fee
26-45 miles out of range will require a $50 travel fee
46+ miles out of range will require a $75 travel fee
